What are the Notifications 3PL Provide in Singapore and Malaysia

If you decided to use EZIE's delivery services with our 3PL partners you might be wondering what to expect during and after the pick-up. Different 3PL partners have different notification systems, be it pick-up notification or delivery notification. Here's a table that will help you understand the different systems at a glance.
1. Pick-up and Delivery Notification for different 3PL:
Pick up notification
If pick-up is confirmed, it will be collected on the scheduled date between 10AM to 7PM.
If the parcel is collected, it will be delivered the next working day between 9AM to 9 PM.
When delivery is on the way, there will be an SMS notification to the recipient.
The driver usually calls or texts before heading over to the customer's place.
There will be an SMS notification when the parcel is out for delivery and when the delivery failed.
2. What EZIE provides on top of the 3PL's own notifications:
EZIE sends out SMS for:
- Failed delivery,
- Failed pick-up, and
- Successful pick
EZIE sends out emails for:
- Pick-up delay, and
- Delivery delay
If you integrated EZIE with Lazada, Shopee, Shopify, or WooCommerce, the marketplace's name will be included in the SMS. And if you did not receive an email or SMS like the ones above, do not worry as EZIE automatically tries both pick-up and delivery notifications up to 3 times.
